3 Actual reasons why you could benefit from having a cat...

Okay so I guess before I say anything, I need to get the title cleared up. No, these are not scientifically backed but they are proven by me myself and I. As a formal cat hater myself, I can assure you if you are reading this you think there is nothing I can say to change your mind because you cannot get passed the clawing and scratching and blah blah blah.

Just trust okay

Reason number 1:

Okay picture this. You come home after a long day of work and think you have nothing to look forward to. You had a bad day and absolutely nothing is going right. You are starving, you are exhausted, and just can't wait to hit the bed.

You walk in the door, and next thing you know you are being greeted by a little fur ball. How could you not be excited to be with someone so excited to see you every day.

They just sit and listen to your terrible day and snuggle up until you fall asleep and wake up the next day. Like they are never annoying, don't have political views, soooo low maintenance and literally just live to love you like come on.

Reason number 2:

They literally have a resolution for every excuse you have to not like them

example:

long nails-get them trimmed

hair everywhere-get one that doesn't shed (do those exist???) or lint rollers, jus train them to not go on your stuff

expensive-just get cheap stuff or buy in bulk

Excuses that would be exceptional: Housing is against it, Allergic, Not going to be nice to it.

Reason number 3:

They literally wait around for you and only care about you basically. Sooo, when it feels like no one cares or nothing gets better, you know you got your lil animal who doesn't really know what's happening but they know they love you and that is just enough. It is well deserved attention that basically anyone who doesn't have an animal in general is missing out on in my opinion.

So the conclusion of this I guess would be me saying I am admitting my room mates cat has changed me into a cat person. This is something I never thought I would admit but here we are. I am a cat person.
